COMMERCIAL FOCUS

From insight to execution

Independent Perspective.
Practical Experience.

Rosenkrands Advisors is an independent industry and market advisory business for companies navigating technical and industrial markets. We support organisations assessing unfamiliar markets, considering new commercial partnerships or seeking a clearer understanding of customers, channels and competition.

We bring industry-specific knowledge together with an understanding of how technical B2B buying decisions are made. That means looking beyond market size to the roles of distributors, consultants, contractors, manufacturers and end customers — and how those relationships influence access to projects and purchasing decisions.

Our work goes beyond high-level market observations. Depending on the brief, we help clients assess competitors, map customer and partner groups, evaluate routes to market and establish realistic commercial priorities. Advisory can also be complemented by hands-on business development or a separately agreed commercial representation assignment.

Each engagement begins with a defined question and an agreed scope. The aim is to provide clear findings, balanced recommendations and next steps that reflect the client’s resources, market position and commercial objectives.

Dennis RosenkrandsFOUNDER · INDEPENDENT ADVISOR

Dennis Rosenkrands brings more than 10 years of experience in international B2B sales, business development and market expansion within technical and industrial markets. His work has focused on building distributor networks, developing commercial partnerships and supporting project-driven sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.

His industry background spans two distinct areas: industrial filtration and extraction systems, with commercial responsibility in Scandinavia; and HVAC chilled-water valves, hydronic control and related solutions, with commercial responsibility across EMEA and the Middle East.

Working closely with distributors, contractors, consultants and industrial customers has given him a practical understanding of how technical solutions are evaluated, how purchasing decisions develop and what it takes to establish credibility in a new market.

Through Rosenkrands Advisors, he applies that experience to independent advisory assignments, helping clients connect market insight with commercially realistic action.

Industrial Filtration

Independent market and commercial insight for industrial air filtration and extraction, informed by practical experience in technical B2B sales and customer development in Scandinavia.

Understanding industrial filtration

Industrial filtration and extraction solutions are shaped by the application, operating environment, customer requirements and procurement process. Industrial buyers weigh performance, reliability, maintenance needs and total cost of ownership.

Rosenkrands Advisors helps companies understand how these commercial and technical considerations influence purchasing decisions and routes to market.

Applications and market dynamics

Manufacturing facilities, industrial processes and extraction applications present different customer needs and sales channels. The competitive landscape can vary significantly by sector and geography.

Our perspective is grounded in commercial experience with industrial filtration and extraction in Scandinavia, rather than a claim of technical certification or market coverage in every application.

Routes to market

Manufacturers, system integrators, distributors, installers and end users may each influence specifications and purchasing. Effective market development requires identifying the right stakeholders and understanding the local sales process.

We support practical evaluation of channels, prospective partners and commercial positioning.

How we can support you

  • Market and competitor landscape assessments
  • Customer segments and purchasing criteria
  • Distributor and channel mapping
  • Commercial positioning and market-entry input
  • Independent expert discussions and opportunity reviews

Market Intelligence & Entry

Practical, decision-oriented market intelligence for companies assessing new geographies, unfamiliar customer segments or potential routes to growth.

Start with the right questions

Entering a market requires more than high-level market size estimates. Companies need to understand who buys, how decisions are made, what competitors offer and which commercial barriers may slow adoption.

Rosenkrands Advisors brings an independent, commercially grounded perspective to early market evaluation.

Understand the market landscape

A useful market assessment considers customer segments, competitor positioning, distribution structures, project activity and relevant decision-makers.

The aim is to distinguish attractive opportunities from assumptions that may not hold up in the field.

Translate insight into action

Market intelligence should inform concrete choices: which segments to prioritize, which partners to approach, how to position an offering and what to validate before committing resources.

We help frame those choices and identify practical next steps tailored to each assignment.

How we can support you

  • Market landscape and competitor mapping
  • Customer and stakeholder identification
  • Distributor and partner screening
  • Market-entry options and prioritization
  • Commercial risk and opportunity reviews

Define the Opportunity

A productive engagement begins by defining the commercial decision that needs to be made — not by starting with a generic market report.

Clarifying the business objective

We begin with your business context: whether you are evaluating a new market, reviewing a channel, identifying potential partners or deciding how to strengthen your commercial position. The purpose is to establish what a useful outcome should look like.

Defining the market and scope

We agree on the relevant products, applications, customer groups and geographies. We also distinguish what is already known from the assumptions that require validation, so the assignment remains focused and proportionate.

Identifying decision-makers and questions

Different stakeholders influence purchasing decisions. Depending on the industry, these may include manufacturers, consultants, contractors, distributors, system integrators and end users. Understanding their roles helps shape the right questions.

What you can expect

  • A clearly framed business question and objective
  • An agreed scope, priorities and expected deliverables
  • Identification of key uncertainties and commercial assumptions
  • A practical plan for the next stage of the assignment
